Lobo was founded in 2018 by the Lopez family. The team is experienced in every aspect of acquiring, operating and renovating multifamily properties. Lobo currently operates a portfolio of residential properties in Southern California.

CARLOS LOPEZ

​

Carlos has decades of experience in construction and residential real estate investment in Southern California. Through his construction firm, he has contributed to the construction of tens of thousands of homes and apartments throughout the region.​

CARLOS O. LOPEZ

​

Carlos is a licensed contractor and he has experience managing the field and administrative operations of a family-owned construction company. Carlos has independently sourced several investment opportunities throughout the region.

Carlos earned his undergraduate degree from California Lutheran University and his Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Pepperdine University.

EMMANUEL LOPEZ

​

Emmanuel previously worked as Associate Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at a large private investment company. In that role, he was actively involved in the acquisition, re-positioning and asset management of several multifamily projects in the Western United States.

​

Emmanuel earned his undergraduate degree at UCSB and his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
